What goes down at a Paint ’N Pour class?
We paint, sip, eat and most importantly, we have a good time! Your Paint ’N Pour ticket includes top shelf cocktails (yes, for real), 2 hour paint class with a dynamic instructor and art materials. All you have to do is show up ready to have fun and create a lasting memory. No artistic experience is necessary for everyone to take home a work of art!
How long are we sipping and painting?
Don’t rush your sipping or your masterpiece. Each class is 2 hours long.
Is there an age limit?
You must be 18+ to enter the venue. We love our young Picassos but remember anyone under age 21 is prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages. Guests under age 21 can still sip on non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks with ticket purchase.
What do I need to enter a Paint ‘N Pour class?
Bring your ID! To check in, you’ll need a valid, physical government issued ID (a picture of your ID is not accepted), along with the ticket holder’s credit card used to make the reservation. Your ticket will be scanned at the door to confirm your attendance.
What brands of liquor are included in the open bar?
Open bar usually means bottom shelf liquors and a headache the next morning. That’s not our style. Paint ‘N Pour is a unique experience with a top shelf bar to match. We serve some of your favorites including Jack Daniels, Grey Goose Vodka, and Bacardi. You may even catch Hennessy VS, Patron, and Ciroc. Prepare to pour up with the good stuff! But, as always, please drink responsibly.
Is food included?
Food is not included with your ticket price. However, we offer some incredible bites that you don’t want to miss. Our food is prepared fresh by our chefs in our onsite kitchen and is served hot during your session. View our menu here. Outside food, beverage, or balloons are not allowed in the venue.
I can’t wait to attend, how can I purchase tickets?
Paint ’N Pour class tickets can only be purchased via our website. You won’t need to scramble like you do for Beyonce’s concert tickets, but our paint parties DO sell out. We highly recommend you purchase in advance because there is typically no availability for walk ins. Ticket bookings close the moment a class begins. Don’t get stuck hating from outside. Purchase your tickets today.
Is there music?
Yes! Music is played in each studio during each class. You’re guaranteed to be familiar with the tunes we play during class and signing along is encouraged! From Drake to MJ to —-and throwbacks to your favorite old school jams….we keep our class playlists fresh to death.
You’re all booked, when are new dates released?
We can’t wait to paint and party with you. General admission ticket dates are usually released 4-8 weeks in advance.
How do I know what we’re painting?
Unlike other paint-n-sip experiences where you and hundreds of other people are creating the same painting week after week, our talented instructors create new pieces each day. Part of the Paint ‘N Pour excitement is that our art instructors typically select the painting the day of the class. Each painting is beginner friendly, creative and fun to complete! For this reason, the painting for each class is not shown on our website in advance but you can view some samples here. Please note that all current paintings are not listed at the link.
Do you have a minimum amount of guests to host a class?
There’s room for you and your whole crew. Classes must have a minimum of 20 guests registered. Although rare, in the event we do NOT have enough guests registered for the class, we must cancel the class. We will contact all guests who are signed up for the class to inform them of the cancellation and issue a full refund. You can help prevent your class being cancelled by getting more friends to sign up with you.
How does your waiting list work?
We told you not to wait! But if you did, a credit card must be kept on file in order to reserve your place on the waitlist. We will charge your card automatically if a seat becomes available and tickets will be sent directly to your email. You will NOT be charged until seats become available. To join a waitlist for a sold out class, simply select “join wait list” for your desired class on our calendar.
My friends and I all purchased separate tickets. Can we be seated together?
While seating is on a first come first serve basis, we will always try to accommodate your request so you group can paint and party together. You and your friends might not be seated until the entire party arrives so please make sure even everyone is on time that day (even your habitually late friend).
What if I’m running late for a class?
This is New York. We know traffic and train delays come out of nowhere. Still show up! Even if you’re an hour behind, our artists will do their best to catch you up or help you to create your own masterpiece with the remaining time.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you are going to flake on us, reservations can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice to your class’ scheduled start time. Each cancellation will be subject to $10 booking release fee PER TICKET. To cancel your reservation, simply login to your account and locate your reservation in your booking history. Remember – classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the class’ start time will receive only a 50% refund. This does not apply to a private party reservation.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Our system is unable to reschedule classes. If you wish to reschedule a class, by changing the date or time, you will need to cancel your reservation and book a new reservation. You will be subject to the $10 cancellation booking release fee PER TICKET. Please book responsibly.
What if I miss my reservation?
We hope you won’t ghost us, but if you have to miss your reservation, tickets for missed classes or classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice of the class’ start time will only receive a 50% refund. If you are unable to attend your class, DON’T CALL, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I wear?
We will provide aprons—but we recommend that you wear clothing that you don’t mind getting paint on, in case any accidents occur.
